Who we are
This website is run by Vizzy, based in Derbyshire, UK. If you have any questions about your information, email hello@vizzy.co.uk.
Information you send us
When you use our contact form, ask for a website report or otherwise get in touch, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify.
Free tools
- The email signature generator, quote template and checklists run in your browser. What you type is saved in your own browser so it's there next time, and isn't sent to us.
- If you enter a web address in the website checker, that address is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights service to run the speed test.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages they visit and which tools they use. These analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept". If you choose "Reject", or make no choice, they aren't set. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
We also remember your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask on every page.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and customer records for as long as required for our services and for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@vizzy.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
