Add it to Gmail
  1. Open Gmail, click the cog, then See all settings.
  2. Scroll to Signature and click Create new.
  3. Paste your copied signature into the box.
  4. Scroll down and click Save changes.
Add it to Outlook
  1. Open Settings, then Mail (or Accounts), then Signatures.
  2. Create a new signature and paste into the editor.
  3. Set it as the default for new messages and replies, then save.
Add it to Apple Mail
  1. Open Mail, then Settings and the Signatures tab.
  2. Click +, untick "Always match my default message font", then paste.
